Commercial Energy & Engineering Case Studies

Real projects, operating conditions, and measured results.

Explore how Maktinta engineers and builds solar, thermal, cooling, controls, and energy systems around the specific demands of each facility.

Engineering Proven in the Field

Our case studies show more than finished installations. They document the engineering decisions, constraints, system design, commissioning process, and operating results behind each project.

From multifamily solar thermal to high density cooling infrastructure, every system begins with the same question: what does this facility actually need to perform?

High Density Data Center Cooling | PUE Optimization

Maktinta redesigned the cooling architecture for a high density data center operating racks up to 75 kW, improving heat rejection and system efficiency while supporting significantly higher computing loads.

The result was a reduction in facility PUE from 1.50 to 1.09, demonstrating how the right cooling architecture can substantially reduce the energy required to support critical IT infrastructure.

Most real facilities are mixed. Cold plate on the high-density rows, RDHx or contained air on the rest, sharing one chilled water plant. The difficulty is the plant: sizing, staging, and control across two very different load profiles without either side destabilizing the other. We design the plant and write the control sequences.
